A NEW CHALLENGE
After years of enjoyment, the owners of the Sunde Residence returned with a new request:
The seamless integration of an elevator to the property.

To overcome the hillside, excavation was done at the back of the garage to create a level, accessible corridor to the main house. A glass-paneled vertical lift, with stops at the main and upper floor, was carefully nestled into the corner. Finishes and interior rooms were remodeled to accommodate the elevator.
